Crunchy Biscuit Chaat

INGREDIENTS
Sev - 30 grams
Green chili - 4
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 30 grams
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Salted biscuits - 12
Cheeseling biscuits - 230 grams
Salted boondi - 2 tablespoons
Fried split bengal gram - 2 tablespoons
Salted peanuts - 2 tablespoons
Cucumber - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 2 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 30 grams sev, 4 green chili, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 30 grams coriander, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and blend it until smooth paste.
2. Transfer it to a mixing bowl, add 12 salted biscuits, 230 grams cheeseling biscuits, 2 tablespoons salted boondi, 2 tablespoons fried split Bengal gram, 2 tablespoons salted peanuts, 2 tablespoons cucumber, 2 tablespoons tomato, 2 tablespoons onions and mix well to combine.
3. Serve and enjoy.
