INGREDIENTS
Hung curd - 150 grams
Paneer - 250 grams
Fried onions - 45 grams
Cashews - 25 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Bread crumbs - 50 grams
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl add 150 grams hung curd, 250 grams paneer, 45 grams fried onions, 25 grams cashews, 2 tablespoons coriander, 50 grams bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1/8 teaspoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and mix well to combine.
2. Take some mixture on your hand and shape them into round shape.
3. Roll in bread crumbs.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot with ketchup.
