Desi Macaroni

INGREDIENTS
Macaroni - 525 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 120 grams
Tomato - 150 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Carrot -20 grams
Beans - 2 tablespoons
Cauliflower - 20 grams
Ketchup - 7 tablespoons
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Boil 525 grams macaroni in a deep pan.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon green chilli and stir.
3. Add 120 grams onions and stir until the brown.
4. Add 150 grams tomato, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 20 grams carrot, 2 tablespoons beans, 20 grams cauliflower and stir well.
5. Add 7 tablespoons ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon chat masala, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix well to combine.
6. Add boiled macaroni and stir. Cook 8 - 10 minutes.
7. Serve.
