Donut Nuggets

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken - 700 grams

Boiled chickpeas - 75 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon

Bread slices - 2

Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Oil - for greasing

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

Beaten eggs - for dipping

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

(For Cheese Sauce)

Butter - 2 tablespoons

All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons

Milk - 220 milliliters

Cheddar cheese - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 700 grams boneless chicken, 75 grams boiled chickpeas, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2 bread slices, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1

teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and blend all the ingredients well.

2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

3. Grease your hands with oil.

4. Take some mixture your hand and make a ball of it.

5. Place it on a board and flatten it with the help of your fingers.

6. Take a cap and cut out a small circle from the center.

7. Now place some mozzarella cheese on it.

8. Close the dough in round shape from outside and inside.

9. Make it like a doughnut (See Video)

10. Now, dip it in beaten eggs and roll the doughnut in bread crumbs.

11. Coat them well.

12. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

13. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper. Keep side.

(For Cheese Sauce)

1. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour and mix it well.

2. Now, add 220 milliliters milk and stir well.

3. Bring it to a boil.

4. Then, add 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, 1/4 teaspoons alt and mxi it well.

5. Cook till the cheese is melted and the sauce is thickened.

6. Remove it from heat and fill it in a piping bag.

7. Garnish with doughnut with prepared cheese sauce and chilli flakes.

8. Serve hot.
