INGREDIENTS
Butter - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Egg white - 2
Egg - 1
Salt
Black pepper

(For topping)
Burger bun
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Lettuce
Tomato slice
Jalapeno
Salt
Black pepper
Coriander
Cheese slice

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a non sticky pan. Place the greased mould in the center of the pan and pour 2 egg white, 1 egg into it.
2. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on top. Cover and cook till the eggs are done.

(For topping)
1. Take a burger bun and spread some mayonnaise and ketchup over it.
2. Place lettuce, tomato slice, jalapeño on the bun.
3. Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, coriander and place fried egg and cheese slice.
4. Top with other slice of bun.
5. Serve.
