Healthy Baked Broccoli Tots

INGREDIENTS
Water - 1.5 llitres
Broccoli - 380 grams
Onions - 40 grams
Cheddar cheese - 70 grams
Bread crumb - 80 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Egg - 1
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Blanch 380 grams broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute then remove.
2. In a mixing bowl, add chopped broccoli, 40 grams onions, 70 grams cheddar cheese, 80 grams bread crumb, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix well to combine.
3. Take a small portion of mixture and make a small balls and place it on your baking tray .
4. Preheat the oven 400°F/200°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
5. Serve with ketchup.
