Homemade Veg Pizza McPuff
Servings - 3 - 4

 

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)All purpose flour - 220 grams
Oil - 5 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Water - 100 milliliters

(For Veggies)
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 100 grams
Carrots - 90 grams
Bell pepper - 80 grams
Green beans - 40 grams
Green peas - 50 grams
Sweet corn - 50 grams
Water - 100 milliliters
Pizza sauce - 3 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Basil - 1/4 teaspoon
Thyme - 1/8 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams

 

PREPARATION


(For Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 220 grams all purpose flour, 5 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 100 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

(For Veggies)
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy skillet, add 100 grams onions and stir.
2. Add 90 grams carrots, 80 grams bell pepper, 40 grams green peas, 50 grams sweet corn and mix well.
3. Add 100 milliliters water, 3 tablespoons pizza sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1/8 teaspoon thyme and mix all the ingredients well.
4. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 3 tablespoons ketchup and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
5. Transfer it into a bowl, add 50 grams mozzarella cheese and mix well.

(Rest of The Preparation)
1. Take a medium size ball from the dough. (see video)
2. Roll the dough into circle. Cut it into rectangle shape.
3. Fill a spoon of veggies in it. Cover it with another rectangle.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy from both the sides. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot with ketchup.
