Hummus Pita Pizza

Chickpeas - 200 grams
Water - 800 milliliters
Tahini paste - 100 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 30 milliliters
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil - 50 milliliters
Curd - 100 grams
Tomato - 100 grams
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - 30 milliliters
Basil leaves - 4 - 5
Black olives
Mozzarella cheese
Basil leaf
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 200 grams chickpeas, 400 milliliters water and soak for 2 - 3 hours.
2. Take a pressure cooker, add the soaked chickpeas in it, add 400 milliliters water and cover it with lid.
3. Cook till you hear 5 - 6 whistles.
4. Remove it from heat and transfer the chickpeas into the blender.
5. Add 100 grams tahini paste, 1 tablespoon garlic, 30 milliliters lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 50 milliliters olive oil and blend it well.
6. Open the lid, add 100 grams curd and blend it into a paste.
7. In a bowl, add 100 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon garlic, 30 milliliters olive oil, 4 - 5 basil leaves and mix it well.
8. Take a pizza base and spread the prepared hummus on it.
9. Add the tomato mixture on it.
10. Top with black olive, mozzarella cheese and basil leaf.
11. Place it on a baking tray.
12. Preheat the oven to 320°F/160°C. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
13. Serve hot.
