INGREDIENTS

Gram flour - 200 grams

Rice flour - 35 grams

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Water - 320 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Cashews - 70 grams

Peanuts - 70 grams

Curry leaves - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams gram flour, 35 grams rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda,

1 teaspoon salt, 320 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

2. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet, take small holes perforated spoon and pour the prepared batter on it.

3. Slowly tap with the help of spoon, so the drop of batter fall into oil.

4. Fry till golden brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

5. Also fry cashews, peanuts and curry leaves.

6. Transfer all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it well.

7. Serve or store in an airtight container.
