Lemon Turmeric Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS

Dates - 100 grams

Hot water - 300 milliliters

Oats - 115 grams

Almonds - 100 grams

Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice - 50 milliliters

Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Coconut - for coating

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 100 grams dates, 300 milliliters hot water and soak for 20 - 30 minutes.

2. In a blender, add 100 grams soaked dates, 115 grams oats, 100 grams almonds, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 50 milliliters lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon turmeric and blend it well.

3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, take some mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball.

4. Roll the ball into coconut.

5. Serve.
