Macaroni Pulao

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 60 milliliters

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Black peppercorns - 1/4 teaspoon

Cloves - 4 pods

Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch

Black cardamom seeds - 1/4 teaspoon

Boiled green peas - 100 grams

Bell pepper - 85 grams

Tomato - 145 grams

Pizza sauce - 2 tablespoons

Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Cashews - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Boiled macaroni - 150 grams

Boiled rice - 530 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 60 milliliters oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger and stir well.

2. Add 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns, 4 pods cloves, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick, 1/4 teaspoon black cardamom seeds and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

3. Now, add 100 grams boiled green peas, 85 grams bell pepper and mix it well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

4. Add 145 grams tomato and saute till the tomatoes get soft and pulpy.

5. Then, add 2 tablespoons pizza sauce, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons cashews, 150 grams boiled macaroni and mix it well.

6. Now, add 530 grams boiled rice and mix all the ingredients well.

7. Serve.
