INGREDIENTS
Water - 1 litre
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Macaroni - 150 grams
Mayonnaise - 200 grams
Apple cider vinegar - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Mustard sauce - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled carrot - 50 grams
Boiled green peas - 35 grams
Boiled sweet corns - 35 grams
Boiled green beans - 35 grams
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 litre water in a skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 150 grams macaroni and stir well.
2. Bring it to a boil. Cook till the macaroni is done. Keep aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon mustard sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
4. Now, add the boiled macaroni, 50 grams boiled carrot, 35 grams boiled green peas, 35 grams boiled sweet corns, 35 grams boiled green beans and mix all the ingredients well.
5. Serve.
