INGREDIENTS
Water - 300 milliliters
Maggi - 2 packets
Maggi masala - 2 packets
Cabbage - 70 grams
Onions - 70 grams
Bell pepper - 70 grams
Coriander - 25 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 2 teaspoons
Semolina - 45 grams
Gram flour - 35 grams
Water - 2 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION


1. Boil 300 milliliters water in a pan, add 2 packets maggi, 2 packets Maggi masala and mix well. Cook till the water is absorbed completely.
2. Transfer it into mixing bowl, add 70 grams cabbage, 70 grams onions, 70 grams bell pepper, 25 grams coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 45 grams semolina, 35 grams gram flour, 2 tablespoons water and mix well to combine.
3. Take small portion of mixture and make small balls and keep them aside.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Serve hot with ketchup.
