Masala Chicken Swiss Roll

INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 350 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 10 grams
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Bread slices

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams chicken, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 10 grams coriander, 2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Marinate for 10 - 15 minutes.
3. Take a bread slice and trim off the edges of bread slice.
4. Lightly flatten each bread piece using a rolling pin.
5. Place one marinated chicken strip on each flatten bread piece, roll it and insert 2 toothpicks to seal.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and discard the toothpicks from fried chicken rolls.
7. Serve hot.
