Masala Omelette Breakfast In Bed

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 3
Turmeric powder - 1/8 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 2 tablespoons
Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
Oil 
Bonn bread

 

PREPARATION


1. Break 3 eggs in a mixing bowl, add 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
2. Add 2 tablespoons onions, 2 tablespoons tomato, 2 tablespoons bell pepper, 2 tablespoons coriander leaves and mix well to combine.
3. Heat oil in pan and spread it all over the pan.
4. Pour the egg mixture in the heated pan.
5. Cook until the both sides is set.
6. Take a bonn bread slice cut it into half and put it on a pan.Cook till both the sides are golden brown.
7. Serve and enjoy.
