Paneer Dragon Rolls

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 290 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Water - 150 milliliters
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 tablespoons
Schezwan sauce - 2 tablespoons
Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Paneer - 400 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Cabbage - to taste
Oil - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 290 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil, 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 2 tablespoons garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes or till golden brown in color.
4. Add 2 tablespoons schezwan sauce, 1 tablespoon red chili paste, 2 tablespoons ketchup and mix it well.
5. Now, add 400 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
7. Then, add 2 tablespoons spring onions and mix it well. Keep aside.
8. Take a ball from dough and dust it with all purpose flour.
9. Flatten it with the help of rolling pin.
10. Put some paneer mixture on it.
11. Add some cabbage on top.
12. Roll it tightly and seal the edges.
13. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry these till golden brown and crispy from all sides.
14. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
15. Cut it into half.
16. Serve hot with ketchup.
