Paneer in Lemon Honey Sauce

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Paneer - 300 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1 teaspoon

Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Dry red chili - 5

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Lemon zest - 12 teaspoon

Honey - for garnishing

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams paneer, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix it well.

2. Marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add 5 dry red chili, 1 teaspoon garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

4. Add 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and stir well.

5. Then, add 1//2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest and mix it well.

6. Now, add the marinated paneer in it and mix it again.

7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes or till the paneer turns golden brown in color.

8. Garnish with honey and coriander.

9. Serve hot.
