Paneer Steak With Broccoli

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried fenugreek leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 50 grams
Bell pepper - 6 tablespoons
Grated Broccoli - 65 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 1/2 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon
dried fenugreek leaves, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well.
2. Take 120 grams paneer cut into round shape. Apply this mixture on both sides.
3. Refrigerate for 8 - 10 minutes.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 50 grams onions and fry till translucent.
5. Add 6 tablespoons bell pepper and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
6. Now, add 65 grams grated broccoli and mix it well.
7. Then, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and again mix well.
8. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.
9. Heat 1/2 tablespoons butter in a another pan, add the marinated paneer slices on it and cook till it turns golden brown from both sides.
10. Take a round mould and add the broccoli mixture in it. Press it gently with spoon and remove the mould.
11. Place the cooked paneer slices on top of it.
12. Garnish with bell pepper.
13. Serve and enjoy!
