INGREDIENTS
Water - 2 litres
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Penne rigate - 500 grams
Oil - 70 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 600 grams
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Basil leaves - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a pot, add 2 litres of water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 500 grams penne rigate and bring it to a boil. Cook until soften.
2. Drain and keep aside.
3. Heat 70 milliliters oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir. Add 600 grams tomato and stir again.
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.
5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on low heat. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves.
6. Add the pasta into the sauce and toss well.
7. Serve.
