Potato And Corn Rolls
Servings - 3 - 4

 

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
Wheat flour -120 grams
All purpose flour - 120 grams
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 120 milliliters

(For Corn and Potato Rolls)
Boiled sweet corn - 150 grams
Mashed boiled potatoes - 220 grams
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Garam masala -1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for frying

(For Masala Water)
Water - 2 tablespoons
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


(For Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams wheat flour, 120 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 120 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Take a medium size ball from the dough. (see video)
3. Roll the ball into small circle.

(For Corn and Potato Rolls)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams boiled sweet corn, 220 grams mashed boiled potatoes, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Put some oil on your hands.
3. Take some mixture on your hand and shape them in kebab.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Put the kebabs on it.
5. Cook on low or medium heat until golden brown from all sides.
6. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

(For Masala Water)
1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.

(Rest Of The Preparation)
1. Apply a little masala water evenly over it.
2. Place a roll in the centre and roll it up tightly.
3. Serve immediately.
