 Spinach & Rice Balls

INGREDIENTS

Cooked rice - 315 grams

Garlic - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 70 grams

Potatoes - 120 grams

Spinach - 60 grams

Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Gram flour - 2 tablespoons

Nutmeg powder - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION

 

1. In a mixing bowl, add 315 grams cooked rice, 1 teaspoon garlic, 70 grams onions, 120 grams potatoes, 60 grams spinach, 1 teaspoon red chilies powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 2 tablespoons gram flour, 1/4

teaspoon nutmeg powder and mix well to combine.

2. Take a small portion of mixture and make a small balls.

3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

4. Serve hot with ketchup.
