Stuffed Baked Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 65 grams
Bell pepper - 110 grams
Mushroom stems - 30 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese
Mushrooms - 16
Italian seasoning - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes or till golden brown.
2. Add 65 grams onions and fry till translucent.
3. Now, add 110 grams bell pepper, 30 grams mushroom stem and stir well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
5. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.
6. Transfer this mixture into a bowl.
7. Now take generous amount of stuffing and stuff it in each mushroom.
8. Top each mushroom with mozzarella cheese and place them on a tray.
9. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over it.
10. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes or till the cheese melts.
11. Serve hot.
