 Suji Cheese Toast

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Semolina - 195 grams

Onions - 80 grams

Tomato - 60 grams

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Fresh cream - 190 grams

Bread slices

Oil - for shallow fry

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

Chilli flakes - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 195 grams semolina, 80 grams onions, 60 grams tomato, 2 teaspoons green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 190 grams fresh cream and mix all

the ingredients well.

2. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.

3. Take a bread slice and spread the prepared mixture on it.

4. Heat some oil on a tawa and place the bread slice downwards where the mixture is spread.

5. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes or till it turns golden brown in color.

6. Flip gently and cook the other side too.

7. Transfer this into a baking tray.

8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chilli flakes on top of it.

9. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

10. Cut it into half.

11. Serve hot with ketchup.
