INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 80 grams

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Cabbage - 75 grams

Carrots - 80 grams

Mushroom - 75 grams

Boneless chicken - 150 grams

Water - 880 milliliters

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Boiled noodles - 300 grams

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy pot, add 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Add 80 grams onions and fry till translucent.

3. Then, add 1 tablespoon green chili and stir well.

4. Now, add 75 grams cabbage, 80 grams carrots, 75 grams mushroom, 150 grams boneless chicken and mix it well.

5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

6. Add 880 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

7. Bring it to a boil. Then, add 300 grams boiled noodles, 2teaspoons lemon juice and stir well.

8. Bring it to a boil again.

9. Garnish with coriander.
