All purpose flour - 360 grams
Butter - 200 grams
Caster sugar - 100 grams
Semolina - 2 tablespoons
Cocoa powder - 40 grams
Grated chocolate - 120 grams
Milk - 110 milliliters
Chocolate - 250 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 360 grams all purpose flour, 200 grams butter and mix it well.
2. Add 100 grams caster sugar, 2 tablespoons semolina, 40 grams cocoa powder, 120 grams grated chocolate and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Now, add 110 milliliters milk and knead it into a hard dough.
4. Divide the dough into equal parts.
5. Roll the balls smoothly and punch them in the center with the help of your thumb.
6. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
7. Take 250 grams chocolate and microwave for 2 minutes.
8. Fill the melted chocolate in the cookies.
9. Allow them to cool for 10 - 15 minutes.
