INGREDIENTS
Water - 750 milliliters
Soya granules - 130 grams
Boiled Potatoes - 300 grams
Green peas - 80 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder -1/2 teaspoon
Crushed black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Gram flour -2 tablespoons
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Boil 750 milliliters water in a fry pan, add 130 grams soya granules in it and allow to soak until softened.
2. Rinse them with cold water and squeeze off wen to remove excess water.
3. In mixing bowl, add 300 grams boiled potatoes, 80 grams green peas and mash them well.
4. Add soya mixture, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder and mix all the ingredients well.
5. Add 2 tablespoons gram flour and mix again.
6. Take some mixture on your hand and shape them in kebab. Put the skewers in it.
7. Heat oil in a pan. Put the kebabs on it.
8. Cook on low or medium heat until golden brown from all sides.
9. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
10. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
