Veggie Curry Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Carrots - 75 grams
Green beans - 50 grams
Green chili - 2
Ginger - 1/8 teaspoon
Sweet corn - 40 grams
Green peas - 45 grams
Paneer - 25 grams
Boiled chickpeas - 60 grams
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Red chili paste - 1 teaspoon
Kitchen king masala - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/8 teaspoon

(For dressing)
Hot dog bun - 1
Ketchup - to taste
Cheese - to taste
Paprika - to taste

 

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 75 grams carrots, 50 grams green beans, 2 green chili, 1/8 teaspoon ginger, 40 grams sweet corn, 45 grams green peas, 25 grams paneer, 60 grams boiled chickpeas and blend well.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, Veggie mixture and stir.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon red chili paste, 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala, 1/8 teaspoon sugar and mix it well to combine.
4. Take a hot dog bun and cut it from centre. Fill the veggie mixture in it.
5. Top with ketchup, cheese, paprika and butter.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
