White Sauce Pasta

INGREDIENTS

Water - 500 milliliters

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 1/2 teaspoon

Pasta - 90 grams

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Carrot - 40 grams

Bell pepper - 40 grams

Green peas - 40 grams

Sweet corn - 40 grams

Butter - 1 tablespoon

All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon

Milk - 350 milliliters

Processed cheese - 2 tablespoons

Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Heat 500 milliliters water in a frying pan, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oil and mix well.

2. Add 90 grams pasta and cook until soften. Drain and keep aside.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 40 grams carrot, 40 grams bell pepper, 40 grams green peas, 40 grams sweet corn and saute the veggies for 5 - 7 minutes. Transfer them into a bowl and keep aside.

4. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a another pan, add 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and saute till raw smell goes.

5. Add 350 milliliters milk, stir well and make it lump free.

6. Boil on low heat until thick.

7. Add 2 tablespoons processed cheese, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.

8. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well.

9. Now, add the cooked veggies and boiled pasta in it.

10. Mix all the ingredients well.

11. Serve.
