INGREDIENTS
Water
Raw mangoes - 400 grams
Mango pulp - 190 grams
Sugar syrup - 70 milliliters
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 8
Mint leaves - 12 - 15
Water - 600 milliliters
Mint leaves - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. Add water in a pot, add 400 grams raw mangoes and cook on medium heat till the mangoes are soft.
2. Pell the raw mangoes and transfer them into a bowl. Mash to take out all the pulp.
3. Add 190 grams mango pulp, 70 milliliters sugar syrup, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 8 black peppercorns, 12 - 15 mint leaves into a blender and blend it into a smooth paste.
4. Add 600 milliliters chilled water into a blender and blend again to mix all the ingredients well.
5. Pour the mixture into the glass.
6. Garnish with mint leaves.
7. Serve.
