Blueberry Gin Sour Cocktail
Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Blueberries - 3 1/2 ounces
Simple syrup - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 2 ounces
Gin - 3 1/2 ounces
Angostura bitters - 2 dashes
Pasterurized eggs - 2 tablespoons
Ice

PREPARATION


1. Add 3 1/2 ounces in a shaker, 2 tablespoons simple syrup, 2 ounces lemon juice and muddle with a muddler.
2. Add 3 1/2 ounces gin, 2 dashes angostura bitters, 2 tablespoons pasteurised eggs and shake well to combine.
3. Fill the glass with ice and pour the strain mixture.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
5. Serve.
