Jaggery Tea

INGREDIENTS
Water - 220 milliliters
Cardamom - 4 pods
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Tea leaves - 2 tablespoons
Jaggery - 60 grams
Hot milk - 220 milliliters

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a Pan, add 220 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.
2. Add 4 cardamom pods, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, 2 tablespoons tea leaves and mix it well.
3. Now, add 60 grams jaggery and mix it again. Bring it to boil.
4. Strain this mixture into a jug.
5. Add 220 milliliters hot milk and mix well.
6. Serve hot.
