INGREDIENTS

Water - 440 milliliters

Cinnamon stick - 2

Cloves - 5

Green cardamom - 4

Saffron - 1/2 teaspoon

Tea - 1 tablespoon

Sugar - 50 grams

Almonds - for garnishing

Saffron - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 440 milliliters water in a pan, add 2 cinnamon stick, 5 cloves, 4 green

cardamom, 1/2 teaspoon saffron and mix well.

2. Boil for 3 - 4 minutes.

3. Add 1 tablespoon tea, 50 grams sugar and mix it well. %

4. Bring it to a boil.

5. Strain the tea into a cup.

6. Garnish with almonds and saffron.

7. Serve immediately.
