INGREDIENTS
Mango - 3/4 cup
Oats - 1/4 cup
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 3/4 cup
Ice - 1/2 cup
Honey - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it into a smooth puree.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Garnish with mango slices.
4. Serve.
