Midori - 2 ounces
Coconut rum - 2 ounces
Pineapple juice - 6 ounces
Whipped cream - for garnishing
Crushed ice
PREPARATION
1. Fill the shaker with ice, pour 2 ounces midori, 2 ounces coconut rum, 6 ounces pineapple juice and shake well to combine.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice, pour the strain mixture into it.
3. Top with whipped cream.
4. Serve.
