Betel leaves - 4 - 5
Gulkand - 140 grams
Paan masala - 40 grams
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Ice cream - 6 scoops
Ice
1. In a blender, add 4 - 5 betel leaves, 140 grams gulkand, 40 grams paan masala, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 6 scoops ice cream, ice and blend it until smooth.
2. Pour the blended mixture into the glass.
3. Serve.
