INGREDIENTS
Ginger - 4 slices
Tangerine - 2 slices
Ice
Tequila - 1 1/2 ounces
Simple syrup - 1 ounce
Lemon juice - 1 ounce
Pomegranate juice - 2 ounces
PREPARATION
1. Add 4 slices ginger in a shaker and crush the ginger with a muddler. Add 2 slices tangerine and muddle further, then top with ice,
2. Pour 1 1/2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce simple syrup, 1 ounce lemon juice, 2 ounces pomegranate juice and shake well to combine.
3. Pour the strain mixture into the glass.
4. Garnish with tangerine slice.
5. Serve.
