Ice
Bourbon- 1 1/2 ounces
Lemon juice - 1 ounce
Simple syrup - 1 1/2 ounces
Pomegranate juice - 1 ounce
Sparkling water
PREPARATION
1. Fill the ice into the shaker, add 1 1/2 ounces bourbon, 1 ounce lemon juice, 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup, 1 ounce pomegranate juice and shake well to combine.
2. Fill the glass with ice and pour strain mixture.
3. Top with sparkling water and stir well.
4. Garnish with lemon slice.
5. Serve.
