Banana Oat Baked French Toast

INGREDIENTS

Banana -90 grams

Almond milk - 60 milliliters

Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon

Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon

Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Bread - 90 grams

Oats - 20 grams

Banana slices

PREPARATION

1. In a mxing bowl, add 90 grams banana, 60 milliliters almond milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well

to combined.

2. Place them in baking tray and spread evenly.

3. Place some banana slices over it.

4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180 °C. Bake for 20 minutes.

5. Serve.
