Brownie Ice Cream Cups

INGREDIENTS

Brownie cake mix - 250 grams

Butter - 100 grams

Water - 150 milliliters

Ice cream

Chocolate syrup

Sprinkles

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams brownie cake mix, 100 grams butter, 150 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

2. Divide the batter between muffin cups.

3. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180 °C. Bake for 30 minutes.

4. Remove it from oven, take a small bowl and press the muffins with it to make a cup shape muffin.

5. Place the on a tray and add a scoop of ice cream on it.

6. Garnish with chocolate syrup and sprinkles.

7. Serve and enjoy!
