Carrot Kheer

INGREDIENTS

Carrot - 200 grams

Milk - 1 litre

Cashews - 1 tablespoon

Almonds - 1 tablespoon

Raisins - 1 tablespoon

Pistachios - 1 tablespoon

Brown sugar - 70 grams

Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Grate 200 grams carrots finely.

2. Boil 1 litre milk in a deep pan and keep stirring until it reduces a little in volume.

3. Add grated carrots and cook for 3 - 5 minutes

4. Add 1 tablespoon cashews, 1 tablespoon almonds, 1 tablespoon raisins, 1 tablespoon pistachio and mix it well.

5. Add 70 grams brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix well.

6. Serve hot.
