PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 400 grams peanuts and dry roast them till they are golden brown in color.
2. You can add salt for your preferred taste while roasting the peanuts. (Optional)
3. Transfer this into a blender and blend well.
4. Add 65 milliliters honey, 65 milliliters peanut oil and blend again until it becomes completely smooth.
5. Transfer the peanut butter to storage container.
6. The peanut butter can be used immediately and will keep for several weeks in the fridge.
