Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

Servings - 5 - 7

INGREDIENTS

Ground flaxseeds - 20 grams

Water - 160 milliliters

Coconut oil - 160 milliliters

Peanut butter - 80 grams

Coconut sugar - 70 grams

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Oats - 160 grams

Oats flour - 60 grams

Coconut - 40 grams

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Chocolate chips - 120 grams

Walnuts - 40 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 20 grams ground flaxseeds, 160 milliliters water and mix it well.

2. Rest the mixture for 15 minutes.

3. In a another mixing bowl, add 160 milliliters coconut oil, 80 grams peanut butter, 70 grams coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ground flex mixture and mix it well.

4. Take a another mixing bowl, add 160 grams oats, 60 grams oats flour, 40 grams coconut, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the peanut butter mixture in it.

5. Mix all the ingredients well.

6. Now, add 120 grams chocolate chips, 60 grams walnuts and mix it well.

7. Transfer it into a baking dish.

8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.

9. Remove it from oven and cool down for 1 hour.

10. Cut it into square shapes.

11. Serve.
