Tomato Pulao

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 40 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Bell pepper - 40 grams

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Water - 110 milliliters

Paneer - 300 grams

Boiled rice - 360 grams

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pot, add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir well.

2. Add 40 grams onions and fry till translucent.

3. Then, add 50 grams tomato and saute till turns soft and pulpy.

4. Add 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

5. Now, add 40 grams bell pepper, 1 teaspoon green chili and mix it well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

6. Add 110 milliliters water and mix it well. Bring it to a boil and cook till the gravy thickens.

7. Then, add 300 grams paneer and mix it well.

8. Add 360 grams boiled rice and mix it well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

9. Garnish with coriander.

10. Serve hot.
