Oil - 2 tablespoons
Boiled potatoes - 350 grams
Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Yogurt - 270 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 350 grams boiled potatoes and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Keep aside.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon mustard oil and 1 tablespoon oil in a pot, add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin and saute till the cumin seeds crackle and change color.
3. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili and stir well.
4. Now, add 270 grams yogurt and stir continuously for 3 - 5 minutes on low heat.
5. Add the potatoes in it. Stir and saute for about 2 minutes.
6. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix well.
7. Serve.
