INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes - 500 grams
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Green chili - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 60 grams
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Yogurt - 450 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pot, add 500 grams boiled potatoes and saute for 3 - 5 minutes. Keep aside.
2. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a pot, add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 2 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 green chili and stir well.
3. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 60 grams onions, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili and saute till the onions turn translucent.
4. Remove it from heat, add 450 milliliters yogurt, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons garam masala and mix well.
5. Garnish with coriander.
6. Serve.
