All purpose flour - 135 grams
Corn flour - 140 grams
Gram flour - 135 grams
Dry mango powder - 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons
Red chili sauce - 120 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Coriander - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Water - 500 milliliters
Boiled chickpeas - 500 grams
Oil - for frying
Fried garlic - 12 cloves
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 135 grams all purpose flour, 140 grams corn flour, 135 grams gram flour, 2 tablespoons dry mango powder, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 2 tablespoons
coriander powder, 120 grams red chili sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoons alt, 500 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Add 500 grams boiled chickpeas and mix it again.
3. Drop a spoonful of chickpeas in hot oil and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.
4. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
5. Transfer this into a bowl, add 12 fried garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon coriander, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix it well.
6. Serve hot.
