PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pot, add 1 tablespoon cumin and stir well.
2. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons green chili and stir again.
3. Then, add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent.
4. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
5. Add 500 grams pumpkin and mix it well.
6. Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix it again.
7. Now, add 50 milliliters water and mix it well.
8. Cover it with lid and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or till the pumpkin is cooked through.
9. Garnish with coriander.
10. Serve hot with roti.
