Masala Corn Sabzi

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 150 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 300 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon
Boiled sweet corn - 250 grams
Water - 220 millilters
Cashew paste - 90 grams
Grated paneer - 2 tablespoons
Khoa - 55 grams
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 3 tablespoons

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon ghee in a pot, add 150 grams onions and fry till translucent.
2. Add 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Add 300 grams tomato and cook till it becomes soft and pulpy.
4. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon red chili paste, 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
5. Then, add 250 grams boiled sweet corn and mix it again.
6. Add 220 milliliters water, 90 grams cashew paste and mix it again. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Now, add 2 tablespoons grated paneer, 55 grams khoa , 1/2 teaspoon sugar and mix well.
8. Then, add 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, 3 tablespoons coriander and mix well again.
9. Serve hot.
