Oil - 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Green peas - 230 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 280 grams
Water - 220 milliliters
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon ginger and saute for 2 - 3 minutesl.
2. Add 230 grams green peas, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix well.
3. Now, add 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix all the ingredients well.
4. Add 280 grams bell pepper, 220 milliliters water and mix well.
5. Cook till the water get absorbed and the peas and bell pepper are cooked.
6. Serve.
