Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 70 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 2
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon
Tomato puree - 180 milliliters
Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Bell pepper - 200 grams
Paneer - 250 grams
Tomato - 55 grams
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir. Add 70 grams onions and saute for 2 minutes.
2. Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2 green chili and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander, 1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves and stir.
4. Add 180 milliliters tomato puree, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
5. Add 200 grams bell pepper and mix well. Add 250 grams paneer, 55 grams tomato and gently stir them so that each paneer pieces is nicely coated with the masala.
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix them well.
7. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 - 10 minutes for the flavours to blend well.
8. Serve hot.
